BLOGILATES


In my spring cleaning post, I talked about getting a simple workout routine going as part of starting fresh this spring. I used to play sports when I was younger, but the last time I had a proper workout was back when I still played. Since then I've just been doing sporadic 'workouts' that consisted of just the warm-ups I used to do when I played volleyball. I'm quite lucky that I don't gain weight easily but that's not a reason to not get into shape! I've been loving Blogilates lately, and I find that these are a lot more fun to do and Cassey is like the super preppy friend that supports you no matter what. These are the workouts I've been loving!
