This is the very first "aesthetic" vlog I posted on YouTube. I watched it back yesterday, and it was a strange experience. Watching it back reminded me of how I used to edit and why I wanted to make videos in the first place. It also brought me back to 2018 which was a good year for me. I felt settled with my decisions and it really felt like things were finally going the way I wanted. I think looking back at anything, even happy memories, always has a tinged of sadness with them. Even if your current state of life is great, memories of happy times always makes you want to go back to it. I'm glad I made this video. It's a reminder of me overcoming a difficult year (2017, my frenemy) and I'm proud of old me. iscelle robee
